- Charles A. Aziegbemhin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DiliGlobal Ltd. Since the establishment of DiliGlobal and its predecessor companies in 2006, he has played a central role in defining the firm’s strategic direction and overseeing the financing, acquisition, restructuring, management, and disposition of investment assets exceeding USD 2 billion. As head of the firm’s structured financing practice, Charles has guided DiliGlobal into becoming a trusted leader in innovative investment solutions and complex financial structuring.
- With a distinguished career spanning real estate, the equity and debt markets, insurance, renewable energy, and corporate management, Charles is recognized for his ability to design and implement scalable business models. His expertise has supported the growth of numerous start-ups and mid-sized enterprises into sustainable, revenue-generating organizations, particularly within the engineering, real estate investment, and mortgage finance sectors.
- Charles began his professional career with Celestica-IBM and SpaceTech before joining ECCMOX in Markham, Ontario, where in 2003 he led a team of engineers and consultants in collaboration with SNC-Lavalin Profac to execute a landmark greenhouse gas reduction initiative for the Government of Canada, a project that delivered substantial long-term cost savings for the federal government.
- He holds a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering with a specialization in Financial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario and a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designated by the Canadian Securities Institute, Charles combines deep technical acumen with strong financial expertise. He is also the author of the bestselling book Private Mortgage Wealth, in which he shares his insights on alternative investment and mortgage finance strategies.
